Vicious Lies is book two the Bastards of Boulder Cove series by Rachel Leigh. A dark why choose academy romance.
Thankfully we pick up where the cliffhanger from Savage games left us, but don’t be fooled into thinking we get answers. The angst and plot twists keep coming.
The character progression and story build throughout this book really had me hooked. Between Scarlett’s relationships developing with Jagger and Crew, and the tension/hate from Neo it makes for an interesting play of events.
The secret society elements start to unfold within this book. But I still feel like we’re missing pieces of the puzzle and I’m keen to see them fall into place. This cliffhanger has left me with more unanswered questions, looking forward to the next book!
