Praise is book on the Salacious Players Club series. A MF bdsm romance with both age gap and the forbidden ex boyfriends father trope.
After seeing books pop up on not only my booksta feed but kindle suggestions I knew it was time. So this is my first time reading Sara Cate and I was not disappointed.
Can one miscommunication change your life?
Charlie is a sweet and somewhat naive girl finds herself jumping into the kink world like Alice falling down the rabbit hole. But what she finds is far more than she ever could have though.
Emerson is owner of Salacious Players Club and while it’s set to open he’s in need of a secretary, both in the and out of the office.I really liked the chapter titles. It’s clever brings a totally different vibe to the reading experience which I enjoyed. In moments it’s very light hearted and fun, but it does still address real issues those within the kink lifestyle face. I found this to be a really great take on a D/s dynamic, especially with Charlie being written as a natural submissive. Plus the description and detail of the club rooms which a great touch.
There are a variety of characters we are introduced to and I look forward to diving into their stories in the books to come.
As an audiobook addict I did wait for this to be available and I’m glad I did the narrators while a pair I’ve not listened to before were great at bringing this story to life.
